Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: Up to £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

A well-established building services contractor based in Warrington is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the delivery of HVAC projects across a range of commercial sectors including data centres, hospitals, schools, and warehouses.

The HVAC Project Manager will take full ownership of projects from tender through to completion, typically ranging from £10,000 to £750,000, with an annual turnover of around £1.5 million. Key responsibilities include managing direct labour and subcontractors, overseeing budgets and margins, conducting audits, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
