We’re working with a respected and busy law firm based in Doncaster, seeking a confident Civil Litigation Paralegal to support their growing dispute resolution team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your litigation experience in a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment.
The Role:
Managing and progressing a caseload of civil litigation matters (fast-track and multi-track)
Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and court forms
Preparing court bundles and managing key deadlines
Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
Assisting solicitors with case strategy and client communications
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Law (LLB, LLM).
Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
