The role of Facilities Administrator is important to us. You will be responsible for helping to support the day to day operations of our facilities team with a particular focus on collecting, analysing and reporting data related to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Campus office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, although we can be flexible for the right individual.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Collating environmental data such as energy usage, waste consumption, water consumption, F-Gas data and recycling rates for all Radius sites
- Work closely with the ESG and sustainability team to ensure accurate, timely input into ESG reports, audits, and certifications
- Review environment data to assess accuracy and completeness. Establish a regular flow of data into central reporting system
- Review Building Managment System and Half Hourly data to identify opportunities to save energy
- Maintain documentation and evidence required for ESG assurance and compliance audits
- Support the development and roll-out of facilities initiatives that align with sustainability goals (e.g., energy efficiency upgrades, renewable or alternative energy procurement, increasing recyling)
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money is achieved
- Raising of purchase orders
