Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

This pride also extends to our properties whereby the Maintenance Managers within our business are passionate about maintaining the properties to a high standard, ensuring they are consistently safe and are elegant in presentation both inside and out.
Some duties and responsibilities include;
- Liaise daily with all departments and deal appropriately with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues which compromise Health & Safety or security.
- Lead and guide your team to work independently and on their own initiative.
- Lead and organise contractors to ensure business continuity.
- Using your experience lead and manager projects
