East Whitby Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our ambitious and committed team.
We are looking to appoint someone who is passionate about the rights of children with SEND and ambitious for their achievement every day. This role is to support teaching and learning and to provide care of pupils. You will be well-supported by the Class Teachers in both dedicated SEND provisions within the school.
We are looking to appoint someone who has experience of working with children with complex SEND. Shows compassion, resilience and patience in their care for children with SEND. You should hold every child and their family in the highest possible regard and lead by example, having high expectations of what every child can achieve.
The appointed candidate will work alongside our SEND Unit Teacher/s and our SENCo: Inclusion and will be well-supported by the wider SEND Unit team and school team. As part of our school, you will have access to extensive continuous professional development from both the Enquire Learning Trust and Local Authority.
