We are actively seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant for a well established company in Wrexham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The hours of work are 21 per week, which are flexible to suit the candidate!
The main duties include:
- Purchase ledger, which includes invoicing & credits and reconciling statements
- Sales ledger, which includes invoicing & credits, sending statements and credit control
- Reconciliations; bank, and company credit card
- Keeping up to date with export declarations and required documentation
- Keeping exports file up to date
- Liaising with other departments to resolve invoice queries
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
- Accounts experience, including Purchase Ledger experience
- Good Excel skills
- The ability to work well as part of a busy finance team
