Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere for children.
- Collaborate closely with families to support children\’s learning and overall well-being.
- Regularly assess and document children\’s progress.
- Maintain rigorous standards of safety and cleanliness in the learning environment.
- Actively engage in professional development and contribute to the centre\’s ongoing growth.
- Plan and deliver creative, play and nature-based learning programs in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying towards this qualification.
- Passionate about Early Childhood Education, demonstrating a solid commitment to child-centred learning.
- Excellent communication and collaborative team skills.
- A valid and current Working with Children Blue Card.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- A nature lover with a deep appreciation for rural environments and community values.
- Able to work any shift within our operational hours of 6:15am to 6:15pm.
