We are a family run business directly employing our entire workforce on a PAYE basis, recognising that our people make our business the success it is today.

We work alongside a wide range of blue-chip companies such as; Environment Agency, Yorkshire Water, Manchester Airport Group, National Grid Electricity Distribution and many more, throughout the Midlands region and beyond. Also, fully owning and operating a UPVC Flood Door Manufacturing Facility. We operate throughout the Midlands region.

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Working Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

  • Previous experience as Working Foreman role in Civils
  • Extensive and Wide-Ranging Hands on Civil Engineering & Construction Skills (examples such as: tarmacking, kerb & pipe laying, steel fixing, joinery/shuttering and concrete placement)
  • Produce safe, efficient sites in line with our triple ISO accreditation
  • Strong Leadership with site teams
  • Working in busy process driven environments
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Dumper/Digger driver Licence advantageous
  • A Full Clean UK Driving Licence is essential
  • Good Communication and IT skills (MS suite).
