EA Investor Relations – London Full time role General Duties Include (but not limited to): Providing support to the Managing Director/Head of Investor Relations plus a Director and Associate Coordinating regular international investor roadshows and meetings across international time zones Logging investor activity and tracking engagement on CRM systems Managing multiple demanding diaries and arranging complex global travel and visas Acting as the key liaison point for internal stakeholders and external investors Ad hoc support for the wider IR team with event planning and administration Coordinating correct IT set up for meetings (virtual and in-person) and ensuring this run seamlessly Client support – supporting client and business needs in a proactive manner and be a key point of contact for the team Team support – working collaboratively with team members to provide a responsive and professional support service Working 5 days a week in our London office Required skills set: 3+ years\’ experience working in a similar role supporting an Investor Relations Team Roadshow experience Knowledge of CRM systems Experience dealing with complex diary and travel management Experience of expenses processing (WebExpenses/Concur) Prior experience in financial services.
