About the Role As Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator, you\’ll sit at the heart of the business-driving performance, supporting campaigns, and helping turn strategic plans into tangible results. What You\’ll Be Doing Sales Duties: Maintain and manage the Salesforce CRM, generating meaningful reports and insights. Produce monthly sales performance dashboards. Lead and coordinate weekly sales meetings-tracking actions, targets, and outcomes. Provide admin support to the wider sales function to ensure smooth delivery. Create case studies and marketing collateral to support business growth.Marketing Duties: Help shape and deliver an annual marketing plan with multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events). Liaise with external agencies-ensuring outputs are aligned to strategy. Coordinate and execute impactful events and tradeshows across the UK. Research market trends and competitor insights to keep us ahead of the curve. Create and schedule social media content to drive engagement and brand presence.What we\’re looking for A background or qualification in Marketing, Business or a similar discipline (desirable, not essential). Experience with Microsoft Office is a must; Microsoft Project is a bonus. Comfortable learning new digital tools-training on our software will be provided.
