Job Description / Person Specification

Team Manager role in the Newark Family Support and Safeguarding team. You will work alongside other managers supporting a team of social workers, working in a multi-disciplinary service. The Newark Family Support and Safeguarding team is made up of Social Workers, Early Help Case Managers, Students, Woman\’s Aid and Drug and Alcohol support services. There are four teams within the service and this role is to directly line manage one of these teams.

We are looking for a committed and passionate worker who is keen to improve the lives of the families we work with, who is confident in managing child protection matters and supporting workers to achieve the best outcomes for families. We welcome new ideas and experiences and are always looking for ways to improve our practice.
