Commercial / Operations Manager – North Wales Division Company: Sports Pitch Contractor Location: North Wales (Hybrid – Full Flexibility) Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Full Package Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Progression: Clear pathway to Director-level Shape, Lead, and Build – A Major Role in a Growing Business This is a pivotal leadership role with a well-established specialist contractor – known for delivering high-quality sports surfaces, civil engineering projects, and complex groundworks across the UK. With a stronghold in South Wales, the business is now scaling its North Wales operation, and this role is central to that growth. There are already active projects in the region – now they need someone to take ownership, lead delivery, and drive expansion alongside the directors.
