One-to-One Teaching Assistant – Primary School (WS8) Start Date: September 2025 Location: WS8 area Contract: Full-time, ongoing Agency: Smile Education Smile Education is working in partnership with a supportive and welcoming primary school in the WS8 area. We are looking to recruit a dedicated One-to-One Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil starting in September. This is a full-time, long-term position. The pupil requires additional support with communication, cognition, and learning. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support in and out of the classroom Help the pupil access learning activities and adapt resources as needed Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress Create a positive and encouraging learning environmentWhat We’re Looking For: Experience working with children with additional learning needs (desirable) Patient, caring, and supportive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Committed to helping children reach their potentialWhy Join Smile Education?
