HGV Class 1 or 2 – Vehicle Demonstration Driver
Location: Kent – ME17 (Rural Maidstone)
Coverage: UK wide – Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS (mostly hours are 6am-12noon)
Salary & Benefits: £46,000 – £49,000 + Benefits package
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, well-established company where you can apply your driving experience, deliver excellent customer service, and engage in varied communication with customers. Working for a heavy vehicle manufacturing company, you will travel to customer sites to support the sales team in vehicle demonstrations and user training.
Experience required: Experience in driving and operating any of the following is considered advantageous:
- Refuse, garbage trucks or bin lorries
- Dustcarts, Recycling or waste vehicles
- Road sweepers
- Kerbside drivers
- Tipper drivers
- 360 Excavator experience
- Dump truck
- Heavy equipment
This role is mobile, with you being the face of the company during vehicle demonstrations and training sessions.
There will be a requirement to stay away from home 3 out of 4 weeks each month, from Monday to Thursday. All expenses are fully covered.
