Business Development Manager – Renewable Energy Salary: £42,500 + £16,000 OTE + Car Allowance Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in North Leicestershire) Are you a driven Business Development professional with a passion for sustainable energy solutions? We\’re working with an established organisation in the renewable energy sector, looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help grow their presence across the UK. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of an ambitious, future-focused business with a strong reputation in the industry. What you\’ll be doing: Building, managing, and developing relationships with new and existing clients. Identifying opportunities for growth and creating strategies to expand market share. Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Attending industry events, networking, and representing the company professionally. Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.What we\’re looking for: Proven experience in a business development, account management, or sales role (ideally in B2B environments).
