KBB Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a leading independent bathroom, tile, and kitchen retailer in the Northwest. They\βre looking for an experienced Bathroom Sales & Design Executive to join their award-winning showroom.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
- Create bespoke bathroom designs using CAD software
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Conduct home surveys and produce detailed quotations
- Build strong client relationships with excellent after-sales care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years\β experience in bathroom sales and customer service
- Strong knowledge of bathroom products and showroom sales
- Proficient in CAD/virtual design software and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and a sales-driven mindset
What\βs on Offer
- Β£30,000 basic salary (DOE) + quarterly bonus
- Staff discount, company events, on-site parking
- 42.5 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 (rota)
- 28 days holiday (incl. public holidays)
