Their portfolio includes education, commercial, and high-spec public sector schemes, built on long-term client relationships and a reputation for quality delivery. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-profile, secure refurbishment project in Central London. The scheme involves extensive internal and external modernisation within a sensitive, occupied environment, requiring strong technical knowledge, careful planning, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget Coordinate subcontractors, materials and logistics to maintain progress and standards Enforce health & safety compliance, deliver site inductions and maintain accurate records Liaise professionally with project stakeholders, consultants and the internal management team Drive programme performance and maintain a well-organised, professional site at all timesAbout You Experienced Site Manager (or Senior Foreman ready to step up) with proven experience in refurbishment or fit-out.
