OPERATIONS MANAGER – MALMAISON, COMPETITIVE SALARY

Rate of Pay / Hours – 45 hours per week, Full-Time, permanent

Location – Malmaison Oxford

Malmaison is seeking a promising leader who understands that success involves more than exceeding brand standards or maintaining a strong P&L. We want someone committed to team development and delivering exceptional service.

You will be within 12 months (or less) of managing your own hotel and eager to grow within a brand that supports your career growth.

In this Operations Manager role, your attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to motivate your team will be key. You will drive the brand strategy across all business elements, setting Malmaison apart as a top employer and destination.

Understanding the market and maximizing F&B revenue will be part of your responsibilities, along with managing department managers and leading by example.

Previous experience managing large teams and knowledge of food and drink operations in a similar-sized property are preferred but not essential.

A good grasp of Health and Safety and experience with E-Learning implementation are advantageous.
