HSEQ Advisor – Tilbury, Essex (Site-Based) Location: Tilbury, Essex Company: Danny Sullivan Group Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor for a site-based role in Tilbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health, safety, environmental, and quality matters on-site, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and effectively controlled. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and promoting a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Support the HSEQ Lead in reviewing and improving company policies and procedures. Advise employees and subcontractors on best practices in health, safety, environment, and quality. Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of safe working methods. Conduct weekly site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Maintain records of incidents, near misses, and support investigations where necessary. Assist in delivering training and briefings related to HSEQ requirements. Prepare quarterly HSEQ reports and liaise with relevant external bodies when required.Requirements Valid CSCS card. NEBOSH General Certificate (preferred). IOSH membership (preferred). Full UK driving licence. Previous experience in a similar HSEQ role within a construction environment. Working knowledge of civil engineering and site operations.Additional Information Salary is negotiable depending on experience and employment status.
