Lenovo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative Partner to support senior leaders in the International Sales Organization. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly across a complex global environment, requiring discretion, precision, and a strong sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Organize executive staff meetings, including agenda planning, deck consolidation, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including proactive tracking of itineraries
  • Process and reconcile expense reports, manage travel budgets, and support policy compliance
  • Lead planning and execution of organization-wide events such as All Hands and Town Halls
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure alignment with executive commitments
  • Mentor and support administrative colleagues across the support center

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, global corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and internal tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
