A little bit about the role…
We are recruiting for Section Leader to join our early shift (6am – 3pm). Your role will be split between working on the production line and managing a team of multi-skilled operatives and KPIs in your designated section to support the wider manufacturing delivery program.
We manufacture and assemble a range of products from vanity units to steel frame Building Panels, supplied to the construction industry. Workstations involve duties from window installation, component assembly, to finishing aisles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Production & Efficiency
- On-Time Delivery: Drive the team to consistently achieve cycle-time adherence, ensuring all products meet time-critical deadlines.
- Equipment & Tooling: Manage maintenance, certification, and repair of all section instruments and tools for maximum availability.
- Problem-Solving: Support alleviating bottlenecks and production issues, providing staff with guidance to resolve issues efficiently.
