A Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Head of Services Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily activities of Service Coordinators and Technicians, with a strong focus on the successful execution of service jobs.
- Continuously refines and enhances operational standards within the Service Department.
- Provides safety, technical, and procedural training as needed to ensure department effectiveness.
- Organizes the shop to meet operational objectives and advises the VP of Operations on staffing needs.
- Supervises departmental operations to ensure optimal manpower usage and adherence to customer specifications.
- Collaborates with Sales Professionals to create technical proposals and deliver tailored customer support.
- Coordinates with the Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with company safety protocols in both field and shop environments.
- Partners with the Customer Service Manager to drive long-term service growth and strategic operational goals.
