About us
We’re the Logistics Operations Team at Sappi – a young, energetic group that keeps things moving. We ensure our products are delivered from our facilities to our customers efficiently and on time. Our responsibilities include managing continental transport, overseas shipments, logistics complaints, and documentation – all with a team spirit and a problem-solving mindset.
As a Junior Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting operational tasks related to logistics documentation within our European organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and approve overseas freight shipping documentation,
- Verify that logistics providers issue documentation on time,
- Ensure regular information flow between all involved parties,
- Collaborate closely with Central Logistics and Planning Teams,
- Coordinate with stakeholders at various levels inside and outside the organization,
- Utilize CI tools to improve existing processes and procedures.
Your profile:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics
- Experience in Logistics or a related field is advantageous
- Strong English skills (written and spoken),
- Comfortable working in an international team,
- Proficient in MS Office (SAP experience is a plus),
- Organized, analytical, reliable, and able to meet deadlines,
- A team player with excellent communication skills.

In Krakow, we operate a hybrid working model, expecting presence in the office at least twice a week.
