Client Servicing Executive – North or East Yorkshire

Our client is a well-respected Yorkshire based independent insurance brokerage. They have been established over many decades and have a solid reputation, a low staff turnover and an enviably high level of client retention. They have a constant flow of new business enquires coming in via recommendations and smart business partnerships.

This particular role has a primary focus on the servicing of existing clients; you will be provided with a loyal client portfolio made up of an interesting mix of commercial risks, mainly mid-market and based within the Yorkshire area. There will be a small element of account growth, and leads will be provided to you as and when you have capacity.

You will be supported by an expert team of brokers, account handlers and general administrators as well as a claims team. The emphasis is on providing an exceptional level of service to clients. You will report in to the head of commercial, a hugely respected figure within the Yorkshire insurance industry, who is well known for being supportive and fair.

This role can be relatively flexible in terms of where you need to be based from day to day. They have numerous offices in the Yorkshire area, however, you will be mainly out and about meeting with clients, meaning you can run your diary accordingly and with a good amount of autonomy.

Ideal applicants will have previous Account Executive experience, a good all round commercial insurance knowledge and be comfortable in a client facing role. We will also consider applicants, perhaps in a Junior Account Executive or a Senior Broker role, who feel ready to step up into a full Account Executive position.

This role comes with an excellent salary of up to circa £65k and a full and comprehensive benefits package.
