Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Enterprise Technology
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join Chief Technology Office (CTO) to support the delivery of strategic technology change initiatives. This role will work across transformation programmes, ensuring robust reporting, governance, and portfolio alignment, while supporting operational excellence across CTO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Engagement Leads and Transformation teams with standardised reporting, data requests, and programme plans.
- Manage data administration for change portfolio systems (e.g., Clarity, GPDM), ensuring data quality and reporting compliance.
- Work with Architects, SMEs, and Technology teams to define and track programme deliverables.
- Ensure risk, issue, and dependency logs are accurately documented and maintained.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities within the CTO portfolio function.
- Support delivery tracking using best practices aligned with Change Framework and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Key Skills:
- Enterprise Technology: Infrastructure, Applications, SRE, Cloud, DevOps
