We have a new opportunity for a full-time Physical Therapy Rehab Manager for SpiriCare Outpatient Rehab in York and Shrewsbury.
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. PA Physical Therapy license in good standing.
Skills: 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
General Responsibilities:
Spends approximately 20% of time on administrative functions and 80% as a treating therapist.

- Plan rehabilitative services in line with organizational goals and policies.
- Implement policies and procedures that meet client needs and organizational objectives.
- Assist staff in assessing client needs and ensure proper care levels.
- Ensure effective use of staff, equipment, and budget to meet client needs.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff providing rehabilitative services.
- Set goals for staff and develop training programs.
- Evaluate staff performance.
- Manage the administrative functions of the rehabilitation program.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Promote services to community members.
- Analyze data to assess program effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned for efficient program operation.
