Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Electrophysiology Technical Specialist to cover London.
J&J MedTech | Cardiovascular is recognized worldwide as industry leaders in advanced 3D cardiac electro anatomical navigation. Guided by the needs of Electrophysiologists, the company has pioneered innovative technological advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to today\’s most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems. Purpose of the role:
The key objective of this role will be to deliver the sales target within the identified geographic area, meeting all strategic and business objectives, delivering product and customer training plans, and providing the highest level of clinical and customer support in line with the coordinated account team plan.
Required to achieve agreed objectives and targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
Support, promote, and upsell CARTO 3 procedures and thereby grow catheter utilization in Electrophysiology, aligned with the Business Plan.
Provide clinical and technical expertise for coverage of cases performed with the CARTO 3 Navigation System.
Deliver your customer training plan and optimally transfer knowledge to empower customers to use Biosense kit independently.
Follow required training and attend local and abroad training programs to maintain and develop knowledge required to fulfill your job effectively.
Complete key marketing strategies to include the successful rollout of new products and innovations in partnership with the regional New Technology Specialists.
Contribute to developing innovative activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the franchise to gain market share and differentiate from competition.
Maintain and develop strong business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other strategically meaningful clinical and economic partners.
Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels—clinical and non-clinical—to develop tailored solutions that improve sales for Biosense Webster.
Maintain knowledge of competitors\’ products and strategies in the local market.
Who will you be working with:
You will work closely with your Sales Specialist colleagues to drive business plans for your territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be encouraged to collaborate with other members of the Regional team, such as New Technology Specialists and other Technical Specialists, to optimize customer experience and improve sales and market share opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred in biomedical engineering.
Proven experience as a clinical support specialist within the medical device field.
3D mapping experience.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication.
Excellent listening skills with the ability to build positive relationships quickly.
Capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate effectively with all partners within the EP lab setting.
Self-disciplined, organized, and able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives and time management.
Highly motivated with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced role.
A great teammate and entrepreneurial problem solver.
Ability to positively influence thinking, behavior, and gain dedication.
Trained in sophisticated Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Full & clean driving license.
