Overview
Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions | Ramsgate – part-time role at Santander UK. 17.5 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, pro-rata with a £500 flexible benefit. The role involves being the friendly face and voice for customers, listening and solving problems, handling cash transactions, assisting with technology in-branch, transacting over the phone, and protecting customers against fraud and scams.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
What you’ll bring
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK

- This is a part-time role, working 17.5 hours across Monday to Saturday between 8:00am – 6:00pm
