Summary We are partnering with a leading international not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Management Accountant. This role is central to the Finance team, supporting financial planning, reporting, and driving key systems and process changes. Our Client A globally recognised institution, known for its international reach and innovative approach, it manages complex funding streams and multi-currency operations, making this an exciting opportunity for a proactive finance professional. The Role Management Accounting: Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making Systems Expertise: Work extensively with Access Dimensions and lead on system-related projects Process Improvement: Drive change initiatives to improve month-end turnaround Financial Operations: Collaborate with Finance Ops and budget holders to ensure robust income and expenditure reporting International Finance: Manage reporting across multiple currencies and oversee VAT compliance, audits, and international funding streams The Successful Candidate Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong technical skills in management accounting and financial reporting Extensive systems experience, ideally with Access Dimensions Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly Sector experience in not-for-profit, charity, and international funding environments (commercial-only backgrounds will not be considered) Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment What’s on Offer?
