Kitchen Assistant     We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Sutton Coldfield area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support our team in preparing and serving food, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly. Candidate must be able to travel to neighbouring areas. Enhanced DBS needed Working Days :  Monday-Friday (Ongoing) Hours: 11:00am –2.00pm  Certificates needed: Food Hygiene  Allergen  safeguarding  The role will be working as part of the catering team in schools in the kitchen. Responsible for food preparation, cleaning surfaces, counter service, washing up, setting up and cleaning away dining area. Kitchen Assistant Requirements: Previous Experience Ability to work part time. Enhanced DBS Food and Hygiene Certificate Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities: Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients. Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized, following all health and safety regulations. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness standards are met. Help with serving food and refilling supplies as needed. Ensure that food storage areas are clean and well-organized. Support the kitchen team with any other duties as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
