Key Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Responsible for the onboarding and induction of new starters into the sales department
- Work alongside the sales leadership team to develop and deliver sales onboarding for your territory, in line with the company KPI’s
- Deliver in field training to ensure field sales executives achieve the company KPI’s
- Complete observational training and deliver feedback to sales colleagues and their line managers in line with the company structure
- Coach the field sales team to sell full fibre broadband and affiliated products, primarily to the B2C market but also to the B2B market
- Reviewing team performance with the Head of Sales, supporting key areas and individuals requiring training support
- Ability to close sales via door to door selling to demonstrate best practice
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- A full UK driving license
- Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
- Minimum 1 year sales coaching experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Evidence of coaching in a sales environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 program suite (specifically Microsoft Powerpoint)
