  • Taking full ownership of exhibition projects from client brief to on-site delivery
  • Turning ideas into reality through smart planning, tight scheduling, and slick execution
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships with ninja-like precision
  • Handling client updates, changes and curveballs like a pro
  • Producing crystal-clear technical specs and build instructions
  • Ensuring every project ticks the right boxes on H&S, compliance, and quality
  • Keeping all systems up to date and internal teams in the loop
  • Building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships

🙌 You’ll Fit Right In If You:

  • Are already a Project Manager working in exhibitions or creative live events (non-negotiable)
  • Know your way around AutoCAD/Vectorworks, budgets, and build schedules
  • Love juggling multiple projects and making it all look easy
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and with a smile – whether in person, over email or on-site
  • Know what it takes to deliver under pressure and keep everyone calm in the storm
  • Have a full UK driving licence and passport (because yes, some travel is involved!)
