✨ What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking full ownership of exhibition projects from client brief to on-site delivery
- Turning ideas into reality through smart planning, tight scheduling, and slick execution
- Managing budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships with ninja-like precision
- Handling client updates, changes and curveballs like a pro
- Producing crystal-clear technical specs and build instructions
- Ensuring every project ticks the right boxes on H&S, compliance, and quality
- Keeping all systems up to date and internal teams in the loop
- Building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships
🙌 You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Are already a Project Manager working in exhibitions or creative live events (non-negotiable)
- Know your way around AutoCAD/Vectorworks, budgets, and build schedules
- Love juggling multiple projects and making it all look easy
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and with a smile – whether in person, over email or on-site
- Know what it takes to deliver under pressure and keep everyone calm in the storm
- Have a full UK driving licence and passport (because yes, some travel is involved!)

- A PRINCE2 or similar PM qualification
- Degree-level education or solid industry experience
