Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Manager with sharp judgment, strong execution instincts, and a deep sense of ownership. ● Write focused, unambiguous specs that accelerate execution

● Prioritize decisively based on user need, business value, and technical constraints

● Drive fast feedback loops and continuous improvement

● Champion progress over perfection β€” always moving the product forward with learning and iteration

● Be the connective tissue that keeps teams aligned, focused, and moving forward

What We’re Looking For

● 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or platform company

● Track record of shipping complex products in fast-moving environments

● Excellent judgment, communication, and decision-making skills

● Highly structured thinker who brings clarity and direction

● Operates well in ambiguity, with a bias toward simplicity and momentum

Nice to Have

● Experience with AI-powered products or collaboration tools

● Proficiency with Linear, Notion, Figma, and discovery methods (e.g. Jobs to be Done)
