Job Description
Tech Project Manager – TTC Tech – FTC – 12 Months
Location: Hybrid
Reports to: Head of PMO
Position Summary
TTC Tech is looking for a delivery-driven Tech Project Manager to lead a portfolio of technology initiatives supporting our portfolio brand Uniworld transformation. This role is central to some of our most high-profile programmes and will work closely with product, engineering, data, brand, and operations teams across global locations.
You’ll manage a collection of interconnected Uniworld projects, including:
- LG → Uniworld Rationalisation
- Omnichannel Enablement (direct, B2B, contact centre)
- Longitude Replacement – new reservation platform
- Additional initiatives across content, CRM, analytics, and operational improvements
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong leadership, structure, and the ability to cut through ambiguity while keeping programmes aligned to strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery using TTC Tech’s PDLC
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Provide clear governance, reporting, and RAID management
- Drive alignment across tech, product, business, and finance stakeholders
- Coordinate third-party partners and hold vendors accountable
- Mobilize and lead cross-functional delivery teams
- Apply the appropriate delivery methodology (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
- Ensure outcomes deliver measurable business value
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices and delivery frameworks
What You Bring
- 5+ years delivering complex tech or digital projects in matrixed or transformation environments
- Experience in fast-paced or PE-backed settings (tech, travel, retail, consultancy, etc.)
- Strong skills with Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Excel and project financial tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Polished communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Adaptable, structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel globally as needed
- Flexibility to work irregular hours to support US-based stakeholders
