Front Office Full-Stack Engineer – Java/React

I am partnered with a global financial institution undergoing an exciting multi-year technology transformation. You’ll play a key role in modernising the Rates and Credit Fixed Income technology landscape – designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions that will shape trading platforms for the next decade.

You’ll work across the stack, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technologists to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-proof applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a suite of modern, real-time microservices to support trading workflows.
  • Drive end-to-end solution design, collaborating across teams and tech domains.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver impactful features quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, maintainable, and operationally efficient for the long term.

Requirements:

  • Strong Core Java experience, with solid understanding of concurrency, collections, and object-oriented design.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservice frameworks.
  • Experience working with real-time data.
  • Exposure or an interest in front-end development
