Job Description
What will you be doing?
We\’re looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to support a major nuclear project. In this role, you\’ll help define and manage system requirements, design and integrate complex systems, and work across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure everything connects and functions as intended.
You\’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team delivering technology that supports the safe and reliable future of energy.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and manage system-level requirements and documentation
- Lead or support the integration of systems and sub-systems
- Identify and manage dependencies between systems and components
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective systems engineering practices
- Use MBSE tools (preferably Capella) to model systems and design behaviour
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in systems engineering, ideally in complex, regulated industries (e.g. aerospace, automotive, defence, or energy)
- Strong understanding of system lifecycle, requirements, and integration
- Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE); experience with Capella is a plus

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- Postgraduate education (MSc) is an advantage but not essential

- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in solving complex engineering problems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
