What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams
- Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions
- Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks
- Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks
- Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records
What You Bring
DV Clearance – Essential
Cisco CCNA or CCNP – Strongly preferred
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Networking
- Security
- Unified Collaboration
- Data Centre (DC)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A methodical and proactive approach to solving complex technical problems
Confidence in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
