Iconic Resourcing is proud to be supporting a leading organisation in the search for a strategic Employee Relations Business Partner . This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape ER strategy across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading on complex ER casework and conflict resolution
  • Preparing and presenting board-level reports and papers
  • Advising senior stakeholders on employment law and best practice
  • Line managing 1–2 members of the wider HR team
  • Driving initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Working in a hybrid model , with travel to other UK offices as required

  • Proven experience in a strategic ER role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident communicator with board-level reporting experience
  • Collaborative leadership style and ability to coach others
  • Experience working within a diverse and fast-paced environment
