Iconic Resourcing is proud to be supporting a leading organisation in the search for a strategic Employee Relations Business Partner . This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape ER strategy across the business.
What youβll be doing:
- Leading on complex ER casework and conflict resolution
- Preparing and presenting board-level reports and papers
- Advising senior stakeholders on employment law and best practice
- Line managing 1β2 members of the wider HR team
- Driving initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
- Working in a hybrid model , with travel to other UK offices as required
