Job title: Maintenance Location: Fernside Hall, Stafford Avenue, Halifax HX30NR Rate Of Pay: Up to £12 Shift Patterns: Full Time, Permanent Fernside Hall is a wonderful, residential care home for adults with a relaxed, family feel to the home. We are located in the Manor Heath / Savile Park area of Halifax, a few miles from the town centre. As a smaller than average residential home, our amazing and dedicated staff team can spend lots of time supporting the 22 adults living in our homely surroundings with their day to day living and ensure they live safely. We support people on either a permanent placement or for shorter, respite stays as well. Our staff are experienced to support individuals 24 hours a day, in a personalised and safe way. We have experience of supporting people who live with the early symptoms of Dementia. Working as a Maintenance at Fernside Hall your duties will include the following: Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance.
