Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant who wants to work ideally 3 days a week (would consider 4) in a central Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis. The Full Time Equivalent salary is £28500.
Working for an independent and successful owner managed business, this is a small friendly office, working with a talented FC and FD.
- Processing and maintenance of AP and AR invoices
- Credit control
- Banking & cashflow maintenance, including monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist preparation and reconciliation of quarterly VAT returns
- Assist preparation of accounts information for annual financial statements and tax return
- Events cash administration and reconciliation
- Project costing preparation and review
- Administer Alba wholesale
- Expense processing & analysis
This is a varied and interesting role and support and training will be provided.
