We currently have lines of work 3 months+ available at our Basildon site with an immediate start post recruitment checks being completed and would normally expect Clerical bank work to cover the Monday to Friday working week.

Main duties of the job

? Ensure targets are met with future appointments booked in receipt of referral

? Cancel and/or restructure clinics, make template changes and ensure all are fully utilised

? Prioritise workload and escalate any relevant issues effectively

? Sensitively explain when appointments have been cancelled or changed and negotiate a new booking with patients

? Deal with patient complaints / challenging conversations when necessary

? The post will vary depending on the assignment and location of role to enable to contribute to an efficient cost effective service across the Trust, ? Be responsible for promoting Health and Safety best practice and awareness, The JD for this position is attached. Please review JD for full details of expectations. ? General Administration skills and experience are essential alongside excellent time management, organisational and communication skills

? All Temporary Staffing workers should have a flexible approach to work

? Strong verbal communication skills are required when conversing with patients/carers and members of the team

? Maintain good relationships and an empathetic approach to patients and patients’ relatives
