To hire multiple candidates for the 1:1 positions. This is a growing department and focus to improve the educational support with pupils with Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD and other physical or learning disabilities. Some of the students that require a 1:1 SEN Classroom Assistant for additional support and 1:1 interventions in the afternoon include: Autistic pupil, with sensory and auditory challanges. A Year 3 child with AuADHD, having impluse and engagement challenges. Year 6 with challenging behaviour, having a more complex SEMH. Year 3 student with limited movement, due to a physical impairement.
