Customer Service Administrator Our Tamworth based client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-paced and collaborative team, providing essential support across various departments. You'll take ownership of key tasks, from analysing reports to identify trends and resolving issues, to coordinating deliveries, returns, and customs processes. You'll build strong relationships with carriers and teams, ensuring seamless operations. With diverse responsibilities like managing email enquiries, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to board-level reporting, no two days are the same. Basic knowledge of Word, outlook, Excel and Sage would be beneficial but full training will be given. Previous experience of customer service/administration would be preferredDetails: Salary: £24, 000 – £25, 000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm Location: Tamworth (on site) Duration: PermanentRole of Customer Service Administrator: Provide administrative support and liaise with multiple departments. Run and analyse reports to identify trends and resolve issues. Track and monitor marketing board and back orders. Coordinate key customer deliveries and manage mispick/short delivery resolutions. Organise collections for returns and quality checks. Handle courier customs information for Irish deliveries/returns. Distribute and manage sales inbox email enquiries. Oversee carrier reports, resolve delivery issues, and process claims. Process customs declarations, marketing orders, and quality replacements. Maintain HS Code details for smooth Northern Ireland deliveries. Assist with statistical reporting and board meeting prep. Manage stationery supplies and document archiving.
