Role Summary

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor seeking a role that offers both flexibility and variety? Join our dedicated team in this hybrid position, combining home-based work with onsite clinic cover across the Somerset area as required.

In this role, you\’ll play a key part in supporting employee health and wellbeing through a diverse range of occupational health services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting workplace assessments and identifying potential health risks
  • Delivering sickness absence management, health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work screenings
  • Providing expert advice on both physical and mental health matters
  • Maintaining the highest standards of clinical and professional practice

Qualifications

  • Registered General Nurse with proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Proactive, friendly and professional, confident managing your own workload
  • Full UK driving license (required for clinic travel)
