Position: Residential Support worker
Location: Carlisle (CA1)
Pay: Β£14.50 β Β£16.00 per hour
The Role: Working within a modern residential setting for the elderly. You will provide person-centered care, assist with meal times, and lead social activities for residents living with early to mid-stage dementia.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in an elderly residential setting.
- A compassionate, patient-centric \βpeople person\β attitude.
- Enhanced Adult DBS (Update Service preferred).
- Ability to work a rotating 4-on shift pattern.
- Completed mandatory training and PMVA
- Flexible availability to work across different shifts and locations.
- Must have a full UK Driving License for community access.
- No sponsorship available; must have unrestricted RTW.
