About the RoleBased in our London warehouse, this full-time role (Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm) is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail and the physical capability to thrive in a warehouse environment. You must also have availability to support Saturday morning shifts (7am to 12pm) at least once a month as part of the overtime rota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, pick, and pack wine orders with accuracy and care
  • Support drivers and ensure the safe loading and transportation of wine
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including Forklift Truck, safely and efficiently
  • Carry out stock checks and maintain accurate records
  • Take ownership of equipment and report any issues or breakages

Skills and Experience

  • Valid forklift licence (Bendi/Pivot Steer preferred; counterbalance or reach considered)
  • Full licence to drive a 3.5 tonne van
  • Prior experience in a physically demanding warehouse setting
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Competency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Vision/Merlin systems is a bonus
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to maintaining high standards
