About the RoleBased in our London warehouse, this full-time role (Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm) is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail and the physical capability to thrive in a warehouse environment. You must also have availability to support Saturday morning shifts (7am to 12pm) at least once a month as part of the overtime rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, pick, and pack wine orders with accuracy and care
- Support drivers and ensure the safe loading and transportation of wine
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, including Forklift Truck, safely and efficiently
- Carry out stock checks and maintain accurate records
- Take ownership of equipment and report any issues or breakages
Skills and Experience
- Valid forklift licence (Bendi/Pivot Steer preferred; counterbalance or reach considered)
- Full licence to drive a 3.5 tonne van
- Prior experience in a physically demanding warehouse setting
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Competency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Vision/Merlin systems is a bonus
- Self-motivated with a commitment to maintaining high standards
