We are looking for an ambitious Agile Project Manager to join a digital agency. Working closely with their strategists, UX/UI designers, and development teams, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of various digital projects, overseeing Agile processes, systems, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the digital project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Scope project requirements and prepare cost estimates.
- Develop and manage project plans, resources, and budgets.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project.
- Ensure team members are briefed on tasks and responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential risks or issues.
- Manage client delivery, reporting, and SLAs.
- Work with senior leadership to nurture client relationships and develop opportunities.
- 1+ years’ experience in a Scrum or ScrumBan role.
- Experience deploying and managing Scrum/ScrumBan methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering and creating user stories.
- Experience with Jira and the Atlassian product suite (Bitbucket/Confluence/ServiceDesk).
- Exposure to project management data reporting.
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
