Organisation Design Partner
We are seeking an experienced Organisation Design Partner to support the business to drive transformational change. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and exciting growth business, where your contribution will directly impact shaping the future of how the easyJet business operates.
Reporting directly to the Organisation Design Director, you will work alongside business leaders to support large-scale operating model and organisation design transformation programmes. With your expertise, you’ll develop strategically aligned design principles, conduct regular assessments of the operating model, and offer data-driven insights to optimise the structure, size, and skill mix of our teams. You will play a key part in driving efficiency through automation, simplification of processes and ways of working.
As a trusted partner to leaders in both the Airline and Holidays businesses, you will provide best-practice advice, and manage risks to ensure successful outcomes. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with Strategy, Change, HR, Finance, and other functions to align organisation design initiatives with our broader business goals.
We offer a competitive salary, up to 30% bonus, 25 days holiday, a 7% pension, private medical cover, flexible benefits, life assurance, and excellent staff travel perks. This full-time role is based in Luton, with a requirement to work from the office up to three days a week.
