Responsibilities: As an Audit Senior, you will…
- Managing a diverse list of clients. This includes privately owned limited companies, LLP’s, UK groups and listed entities
- Plan, execute, and complete audit work to a high standard, including compliance testing, substantive procedures, and analytical reviews
- Supervising semi-senior and junior staff as well as tracking their progression ensuring they are reaching their targets
- Drafting management letters and reports ensuring they are completed within the relevant time scale
- Communicating and agreeing audit adjustments with clients and coordinating with the accounts team to ensure disclosures are accurately updated
Requirements: As an Audit Senior, you will need…
- Must be Qualified ACA or ACCA
- Strong interest in pursuing a fully audit-focused role
- Current working knowledge of financial reporting, accounting and auditing standards, company law and strong understanding of corporate tax to support reviews of draft tax computations
- Previous experience in a similar role is a necessary
